SIMPLE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Simple product photography will be photographed on a white background or a colour supplied by you. Natural lighting will be used to highlight the products' features and give it depth. The final product images will be delivered in JPG format in one size only.

SECONDARY IMAGES
Give context to your products with lifestyle imagery that pairs your product with extra props and lighting styles. This can be completed with a brief from your or alternatively, I am happy to take creative control to show the product with context.

LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY
Elevate your imagery with location shoots, extensive prop sourcing and additions such as models and studio lighting. Provide a brief to bring a product shot to its full potential.

PAY PER IMAGE $35
My fee for product images is $35 per image. These images are either photographed on a white background or a colour supplied by you. The final product images will be delivered in JPG format in one size only. Please note that this price is applicable for straightforward images only. Any complex clearcutting and image retouching will be charged on
an hourly basis.

BY THE HOUR $110
My hourly rate for product photography and image retouching is $110. I’m happy to give estimates and work within a predetermined budget.

DAY RATES $550 Half Day / $900 Full Day
A half-day shoot entails 2.5 hours of shooting time and 1.5 hours of editing time. Alternatively, a full day shoot includes 5.5 hours of shooting time and 2.5 hours of editing time. I charge separately for travel on top of my day rate. Additionally, any work completed outside of the predetermined hours will be charged at an hourly rate of $110.

$85 per hour

WEEKEND WORK
A 15% surcharge will be added

URGENT FEE
In case of urgent work with a turnaround time of 48 hours or less, a 15% surcharge will be added to the final fee.

RESIZING AND CROPPING
$85 per hour

IMAGE EDITING AND RETOUCHING
$110 per hour

FILE TYPES & RESOLUTIONS
The images will be delivered as high-resolution JPGs in either portrait or landscape format. If you need them in a different format or file type, a processing charge of $70 per hour will apply (with a minimum charge of $30).

IMAGE DUE DATES
I need a time frame of 7 days from the date of the shoot to deliver the final images.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date. Any overdue invoices will be subject to a 15% late fee per week until the payment is received.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
I completely understand that unforeseen events can happen, such as delayed product deliveries or misprinted labels. However, please bear in mind that as a freelancer, your booking represents my entire days work. If you cancel or change the dates at the last minute, it will lead to a loss of income for me. Therefore, kindly give me at least a week’s notice for any postponements or cancellations so that I can try to book another client for that slot. In case of cancellations within 48 hours, a fee of 30% will be charged, while a fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours.

RESHOOTS
The work that I’ll deliver will be based on the brief provided by you, the client, and our conversations about the direction of the images. In case the final product is substantially different from our discussed concept, a reshoot will be required, and the cost for the same will be charged in full.

RETOUCHING
Products will be photographed in the condition in which they are received. Any retouching required for labels or products will be subject to an hourly charge of $70.

EDITING & MODIFICATIONS
The images produced by Lilly Smith are her sole property. You are paying for the rights to use these images as agreed upon. The images cannot be altered or modified in any way unless agreed upon beforehand. This includes the addition of filters, cutting out portions, or altering colours.

RETURNING & STORING STOCK
If you want your products to be returned, kindly provide a return courier ticket inside the package when you send them to me. Otherwise, I can
arrange the courier service and add the costs to your bill. Please note that if the items are left uncollected or unreturned for 30 days, I reserve the right to dispose of them at my discretion, which may include giving
them away or donating them to charity.
