How many products will be photographed under this contract?

The number of products covered by the contract will be specified in our agreement. We can discuss additional products if needed.

What is the timeline for delivering the final edited photographs?

Final edited photographs will typically be delivered within 7 days, depending on the scope of the project and post-processing requirements.

Will the photographs be provided in high resolution?

Yes, all photographs will be provided in high resolution suitable for both print and digital use.

Do you offer additional editing or retouching services?

Yes, we offer additional editing and retouching services as needed to ensure your products look their best.

What rights do I have to use the photographs after they are delivered?

You will have full rights to use the photographs for your intended purposes, as specified in our agreement.

Is there a limit on how I can use the photographs (e.g., for online use, print, advertising)?

There is no limit on how you can use the photographs, as long as it aligns with the agreed-upon terms of use.

What are the payment terms and schedule?

Payment terms and schedule will be outlined in our contract. Typically, we require a 50% deposit at the time of entering the agreement. The remainder of the payment will be then sent via invoice and expected to pay within 2 weeks. 

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a photography session?

We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us one week in advance to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options.

What is your policy on travel expenses, if applicable?

Travel expenses, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon before the photography session. They may be included in the overall project cost.

Do you require a deposit or advance payment?

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure the booking and cover initial expenses.

What happens if there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photography session from taking place?

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the session at the earliest mutually convenient time.
